Risk Manager

The Risk Manager oversees risk programming to control clinical risks associated with patient care, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders to prevent patient harm and ensure regulatory compliance. This role involves implementing strategies to mitigate liability exposure, conducting event reviews, and providing consultation on risk reduction measures. The position requires working closely with executive leadership, the Claims team, and legal counsel to resolve patient concerns and coordinate claims investigations.
