Risk Officer, Derivatives

Webull is seeking a senior Risk Officer to own the design, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the firm's risk management framework for its futures business. This role involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring material risks across market, credit, liquidity, and operational domains while ensuring compliance with CFTC and NFA regulations. The position requires partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to embed risk considerations into strategy, product development, and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide independent risk challenge and executive-level guidance on futures product launches, clearing relationships, and regulatory interactions.
