The RBQM Risk Surveillance Lead drives adoption and continuous improvement of Risk-Based Quality Management at the trial and program level, overseeing surveillance of quality risks to enable robust clinical quality (GCP) governance. The role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure risk assessments, quality tolerance limits, analytics, and mitigation plans are defined and executed, and serves as a subject matter expert and change agent for RBQM methodology.
