The Risk Transformation Director will lead an enterprise-wide, multi-year program to mature and modernize the company’s risk capabilities. The role focuses on embedding process risk management, improving control testing and issue management, and designing the target operating model for risk. It requires driving strategy, execution, and alignment across lines of defense to increase risk transparency, efficiency, and regulatory alignment.
