Prime Intellect
This role focuses on building the tasks, environments, and evaluations that train Prime Intellect's models through reinforcement learning. The position involves designing challenging coding and long-horizon agent evaluations, developing scoring logic, and scaling RL data pipelines. The engineer will collaborate with researchers to investigate model failures and improve performance on held-out tasks.
Prime Intellect is an open superintelligence stack that enables teams to train, deploy, and continuously improve their own AI models through an integrated suite of compute, training, inference, and sandbox tools. The platform offers hosted RL training environments, dedicated and serverless inference with LoRA support, and a global GPU compute marketplace. Prime Intellect also contributes open-source AI research, including large-scale models and frameworks for reinforcement learning at scale.
