About this role

The role leads the strategy and operations for high-potential client coverage at OKX, owning mid-to-long-term segmentation, target breakdown and resource prioritization to drive AUM, trading volume and revenue growth. It requires building and coaching a sales/relationship team, establishing scalable processes and performance metrics, and ensuring execution in a competitive Web3 market. The position works closely with product, marketing and senior leadership to provide market insights and strategic recommendations while standardizing client engagement methodologies.
