RMA

The RMA provides direct or indirect care to patients with urgent, emergent, or potential health problems, utilizing medical assistant principles and ethics. This role involves assisting physicians with procedures, managing patient charts and EMR entries, and triaging patients to ensure efficient departmental flow. The position also includes ordering prescriptions and notifying hospital personnel of physician orders.
