RN 3 Cardiac Surgery Full-Time

The RN 3 Cardiac Surgery Full-Time position at Mercy Joplin provides patient care for pre and post-operative cardiac surgery patients, cardiac dysrhythmias, vascular surgery patients, and general medical overflow. The role involves working within a support team of educators, PCA/PCTs, Case Managers, Respiratory Therapists, Dieticians, PT/OT, and Speech Therapists to coordinate comprehensive patient care. This position serves as a great steppingstone into ICU, ED, and NICU units, offering opportunities to build strong clinical skills and earn ACLS credentials.
