About this role
Registered Nurse at Willingway providing direct nursing care in a behavioral health setting, responsible for assessing and re-assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring client safety. The role supervises LPNs, CNAs and other staff on shift, communicates with the interdisciplinary team, and reports clinical changes to supervisors and physicians.
