About this role
The Behavioral Health Nurse provides assessments, support and care coordination across the behavioral health continuum for patients with mental illness and individuals/families seeking treatment resources. The role works across inpatient and outpatient programs, partners with community providers to support transitions of care, and serves as a health coach and psychiatric nurse in areas such as Intensive Outpatient Programs and Emergency Department psych triage. The position is full-time, night shift, at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center.
