Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Surgery Stepdown unit (J5-3), a 24-bed unit caring for post–cardiac surgery and cardiac-related admissions including Total Artificial Hearts. The role is based in Cleveland and supports world-class cardiovascular patient care in a leading hospital environment. The position follows a rotating day/night 12-hour schedule with weekend and holiday rotation.
