Registered Nurse case manager responsible for organizing and coordinating patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Works with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to manage length of stay, resource utilization, and discharge planning to optimize clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Position is based at Essentia Deer River Hospital with day shift hours.
