Night Shift RN Charge at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles provides leadership for unit staffing and ensures implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care during the night shift. The role works 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with a self-scheduling model and a fixed every-third-weekend rotation, with no on-call requirements. Sign-on bonus available for eligible external candidates.
