The Charge Nurse is a unit-based nursing leader responsible for directing and coordinating patient-centered care on their assigned shift. They ensure clinical operations run smoothly, act as a resource for staff, and uphold the hospital’s mission, vision, and values to support high-quality patient outcomes. At least 20% of shifts worked must be designated as Charge Nurse.

Qualifications
- Associate in Science Degree
