About this role

The Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist ensures physician documentation in patient medical records accurately reflects severity of illness, risk of mortality, and complexity of care to support appropriate coding and reimbursement. The role works within Ensemble Health Partners’ revenue cycle services for health systems and involves extensive medical record review and clinician interaction. This position is onsite at Day Kimball Healthcare in Putnam, CT and requires RN licensure.
