About this role
The RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum, delivering compassionate and safe care within the scope defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy. The role supports patient outcomes through collaborative practice with an interprofessional care team and contributes to professional nursing practice by promoting innovation and development. This position is based at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton and works 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
