This role facilitates the start-up and implementation of clinical projects in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings, ensuring protocol compliance and accurate data collection per FDA guidelines. The RN coordinates patient enrollment, follow-up, and study participation while educating physicians and staff on research procedures. The position requires managing study protocols, maintaining inventory, and supporting patient care through critical assessment and case management skills.
