About this role

The RN Clinical Trainer supports the development and success of nursing staff by coordinating onboarding, training, and professional development for Registered Nurses across family planning, abortion services, and on-call nursing. This role partners closely with RN Managers and clinical leaders to ensure training programs, competency assessments, and career progression pathways align with organizational standards. In addition to training responsibilities, the RN Clinical Trainer provides direct patient care in accordance with PPLM protocols and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities
