The Cardiothoracic Surgery RN provides skilled, individualized nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in and outside the operating room at Cook Children’s Medical Center. The role supports the cardiothoracic surgical team, acts as a liaison between surgeons and other care providers, and emphasizes strong clinical judgment and patient/family-centered care. This position operates within a team environment focused on pediatric and adult cardiothoracic surgical services.
