About this role

The Registered Nurse Division Resource for the Center City Float Pool provides critical care nursing services across multiple intensive care units at Jefferson University Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University, and Methodist Hospital. This full-time position requires flexibility to work rotating night shifts, twelve-hour shifts, and weekend coverage as part of a dedicated float team. The role supports high-performance specialty care in a Magnet-recognized hospital environment.
