The Registered Nurse (RN) 2 provides nursing care within a designated inpatient specialty area, managing patients with simple to complex, multi-system needs. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care across the lifespan, engaging with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team. The RN reports to the Director and/or Nurse Manager and may supervise licensed nursing assistants and unlicensed personnel.
