RN Fellow

Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking an RN Fellow for its Medical/Surgical unit to deliver focused and integrated patient care while meeting program objectives under the supervision of an experienced RN. The role involves performing patient assessments, organizing and prioritizing care delivery, and actively participating in multidisciplinary rounds to achieve desired patient outcomes. The fellow will integrate novice nursing abilities with new knowledge to provide safe, high-quality care while completing all assigned educational and clinical learning sessions.
