RN First Assistant - Per Diem

The Surgical First Assistant is an integral member of the surgical team who works under the direct supervision of a surgeon to facilitate procedures and ensure quality patient care in the operating room. This role requires close collaboration with the surgeon to assist in the surgical process, including specific training in da Vinci robotic surgery. The position is based at MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, where the assistant supports high-quality inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services.
