RN, Float Pool (SRU)

A Specialty Resource Unit (SRU) Registered Nurse provides high-quality, adaptable inpatient care across critical care, trauma, transport, and telehealth specialties at Cincinnati Children's. The role supports 2nd and 3rd shifts on a 32-hour full-time schedule to promote child safety, health, and continuous improvement within a Magnet-designated hospital environment. Participants receive a diverse learning experience rotating through various units while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and utilizing clinical judgment for patient-centered care.
