RN Float Pool Critical Care (ICU) at West Penn Hospital within Allegheny Health Network provides critical care coverage across specialty units including the Surgical ICU/Burn unit and the Medical Surgical ICU for adult and pediatric patients. Float Pool nurses are highly trained clinicians who support varying patient acuity across departments. West Penn Hospital is Magnet® recognized and offers private patient rooms, a generous benefits package, and a $7/hour additional allowance on top of the base rate per the West Penn CBA.
