The Float/Resource RN provides direct patient care across multiple units at the Madras and Prineville campuses, including Emergency, Medical/Surgical, Peri‑Op, and FBC areas. This full‑time role involves assessing patients, administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with the health care team to ensure safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered services. The RN also supports continuous quality improvement, professional development, and may travel to other campuses for training.
