A Hospice Care Coordinator (RN) provides flexible, on-the-ground nursing support to maintain continuity of hospice services, stepping in to cover vacations, sick calls, and high census periods. The role is based in La Crosse, WI at 0.9 FTE with primarily daytime 9-hour shifts and rotating weekend/holiday responsibilities and occasional on-call coverage. The coordinator works with a multidisciplinary hospice team to ensure compassionate end-of-life care.
