About this role
A Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for the Green Lake territory who travels to patient homes and facilities to provide end-of-life skilled nursing care. The role focuses on supporting patients and families to manage symptoms and maintain quality of life, working primarily weekend shifts with on-call rotations. This is a part-time, field-based position (24 hours/week) that involves travel between homes, CBRFs, assisted living locations, and hospitals.
