The RN Clinical House Supervisor is a registered nurse who provides patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum and supports clinical outcomes and quality standards. The role serves as the onsite hospital administrative authority in the absence of hospital or nursing administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational continuity. This position is shared between two hospitals and supports daily operations, patient placement, and inter-professional collaboration to promote patient safety and satisfaction.
