RN House Supervisor

The RN House Supervisor serves as the in-house administrator for the hospital nursing team, overseeing hospital policy, operations, and problem resolution to ensure efficient facility functioning. This position provides leadership and acts as a resource for clinical staff, supporting MultiCare’s mission and nursing practice improvement efforts. The role is based at MultiCare Capital Medical Center and is scheduled as a .6 FTE on nights.
