About this role
An RN I at Carilion Clinic cares for patients in the Neuro Progressive Care Unit (step-down level) treating non-traumatic brain injuries and neurologic diagnoses such as ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, seizure disorders, brain tumors, and neuromuscular conditions. The position also supports the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and operates on a variable/flex schedule at the Roanoke facility.
