We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3C Intermediate Care Unit at Arkansas Children's to provide safe, basic, and effective nursing care within a pediatric setting. This role focuses on assessing patient needs, developing care plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, and implementing evidence-based practices. New graduates are encouraged to apply as no prior nursing experience is required.
