RN ICU Float Pool

The RN ICU Float Pool provides exceptional patient care at Banner Estrella Medical Center, primarily working on the ICU unit and floating to Med/Surg, PCU, and Obs units as needed. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes. The position offers a day shift schedule with weekend rotations and additional differentials for float incentives.
