About this role
This Registered Nurse (RN) 2 provides direct nursing care within a designated inpatient specialty unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for population-specific patients across the lifespan. The RN works collaboratively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team, applies clinical judgment for nursing and medical interventions, and adheres to organizational and specialty standards. The role reports to the Director or Nurse Manager and may supervise licensed nursing assistants and unlicensed personnel.
