About this role
The Staff RN is a registered nurse responsible for the care and coordination of a group of patients during assigned shifts. The role provides age-appropriate clinical care, develops and revises individualized plans of care, and ensures safe, efficient, high-quality nursing services. The nurse collaborates with patients, families, and the healthcare team to address biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and educational needs.
