About this role
The Staff RN provides professional nursing care and is responsible and accountable for a group of patients during assigned shifts. The role coordinates and implements age-appropriate patient care, ensuring quality, efficient, and safe care consistent with unit standards. The nurse assesses biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, and educational needs and develops, implements, and revises individualized plans of care.

Qualifications
