About this role
The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care by coordinating and implementing age-appropriate nursing care for an assigned group of patients during a designated shift. The RN assesses biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care and educational needs and develops, implements and revises individualized plans of care. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality care in accordance with unit standards and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
