RN II

The RN II assumes primary responsibility for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all Emergency Department patient populations. This role requires independent critical thinking in triage and patient care while overseeing RN I's, ED Tech's, and CNA's. The position involves maintaining positive working relationships with patients, families, co-workers, and physicians, and participating in departmental Performance Improvement activities.
