The RN Clinical Nurse provides patient-centered, specialized, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum at ThedaCare Medical Center - Berlin. The role is accountable for delivering compassionate, safe care within the scope defined by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and ThedaCare policy and works collaboratively with an interprofessional team to achieve positive patient outcomes. Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- BSN (or commitment to obtain within 5 years)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (accepted for hires prior to 1/23/17)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO)
