About this role

The Registered Nurse provides individualized, holistic care to complex patients on a 32-bed adult medical-surgical-trauma unit within Sanford Health's Level 1 Trauma Center. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care while utilizing new technologies and innovative care models in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for complex patients.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to coordinate care.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
