About this role
Registered Nurse providing primary nursing care and coordinating care for assigned patients of all ages in a home health setting. Develops individualized care plans in consultation with physicians and supports patient and family education. This is an as-needed (PRN) role working 12-hour night shifts at the Clovis, NM location.
