UofL Health is a regional academic health system and Jewish Hospital is a high-tech tertiary referral center specializing in advanced heart and transplant care. This role is for a Registered Nurse on the 5 Towers Advanced Heart Failure Intermediate Unit, working night shifts (7p–7a) at Jewish Hospital. The position supports care for patients with congestive heart failure, pre/post heart transplant, LVAD management, and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
