The RN Lactation Consultant provides comprehensive lactation care to postpartum mothers, newborns, and families at Elliot Hospital and within the community, supporting breastfeeding across Maternity, NICU, and Pediatrics. The role serves as a clinical resource and liaison to multidisciplinary teams and hospital programs, coordinating individualized lactation plans and outpatient referrals. This is a part-time clinical nursing position requiring IBCLC certification and flexibility for first-shift 8- or 12-hour schedules.
