RN Manager - Main Operating Room

The RN Manager provides 24-hour leadership and accountability for the Main Operating Room at a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. The role involves overseeing daily operations of a complex, high-volume surgical services department, developing staffing plans, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This position requires partnering with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery, monitor quality metrics, and recruit and develop a highly engaged perioperative team.
