Oversees the facility’s resident assessment process to ensure assessments are completed in accordance with federal and state guidelines. Focuses on MDS assessments, individual resident assessments, and the development and maintenance of resident plans of care. Ensures accurate scheduling and submission of assessment data and maintains regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
