Responsibilities

Organize and provide comprehensive patient care across multiple units
Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient health needs
Delegate care tasks to other nursing personnel based on licensure
Meet Joint Commission and federal regulatory requirements
Float between Medical/Surgical, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Neuro-Trauma units
