About this role
Per Diem Registered Nurse supporting anticoagulation management across Elliot Pharmacy medication clinic locations (Manchester, Londonderry, Raymond). The role provides patient-centered care within the Elliot Anticoagulation Management Program and collaborates with physicians and care teams to support safe anticoagulation therapy. This position is based onsite at clinic locations and serves patients in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
