The Registered Nurse (RN) 2 provides nursing care for a population-specific patient group within a hospital unit, delivering care across the lifespan for patients with simple to complex, multi-system conditions. The role partners with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams, reports to nursing leadership, and may include supervision of nursing assistants and precepting new staff.
