The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and oversees day-to-day nursing care for residents within a Montessori-inspired memory care community, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role involves coordinating nursing services, guiding staff, and maintaining high standards of clinical care, documentation, and resident safety. The RN collaborates with the Director of Nursing Services and interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care aligned with Montessori principles.
