A Registered Nurse in the Neuro ICU at Carilion Clinic provides full-time evening/night inpatient nursing care for patients with non-traumatic brain injuries and other neurological conditions. The unit treats diagnoses such as ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, seizure disorders, brain tumors, and neuromuscular conditions and also serves as an alternative neurosurgery unit. The position is based onsite in Roanoke and is sign-on bonus eligible.
